Development of ideas about proper nutrition in 5-6 years aged children through educational tales
Abstract
The article discusses the role of proper nutrition in the lives of children, the need to regulate the nutritional behavior of children for their health. On the analysis of studies and a joint discussion with children of 5-6 years old, the rules for organizing proper nutrition are defined, which are viewed in the article: children need to eat regularly, variously and moderately, eat fresh vegetables and fruits several times a day, limit the eating of sweets, drink clean water, understand the difference between fresh and stale foods; do not eat products of low-quality. These rules are reflected in the content of cognitive tales, finding out the potential capabilities of which the authors pay special attention. The cognitive tales were used as a means of children's understanding the rules of nutrition and the educating of a value attitude to their own health.
